Accessibility

In compliance with the principles of accessibility and universal design laid down in Royal Decree 1494/2007 of 12 November approving the Regulations on basic conditions for access by people with disabilities to technologies, products and services related to the information society and media, the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation (DGOJ) ensures equal access to all the information and online services provided in the department's Internet portal (https://sede.ordenacionjuego.gob.es/en) for all citizens — especially people with disabilities and the elderly — regardless of their personal circumstances, financial means or level of knowledge.

The online office covers guidelines 1 and 2 of the UNE 139803:2004 Standard and conforms to Double-A level of the W3C Accessibility Guidelines for Web Content 1.0, pursuant to Royal Decree 1494/2007.
