The online register of the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation allows the reception and submission of applications, documents and communications within its sphere, in the form and with the scope foreseen in article 16 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October on citizens' electronic access to public services and in articles 26 to 31 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November.

You need a digital certificate to access the service. You can also enter if you have accessed the online office at least once using a digital certificate.

El artículo 2.2 a) de la Orden HAP/547/2013, de 2 de abril (PDF, aprox. 233,58 KB), por la que se crea y se regula el Registro Electrónico del Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, establece que corresponde a los Directores Generales del Departamento y a los Directores de los organismos adheridos al Registro Electrónico la aprobación o modificación de los formularios para las solicitudes, escritos y comunicaciones normalizados, con especificación de los campos de los mismos de obligada cumplimentación y de los criterios de congruencia entre los datos consignados en el formulario. Las Resoluciones de aprobación de estos formularios serán objeto de publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Ministerio y serán divulgadas a través de las sedes electrónicas que den acceso al Registro.

Order HFP/326/2018, de 20 de march, on using the system secure verification code by the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation.
 
All electronic documents signed by the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation feature a secure verification code so they can be recovered online. You can use the service to check any document issued by the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation with the code.
