The online register of the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation allows the reception and submission of applications, documents and communications within its sphere, in the form and with the scope foreseen in article 16 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October on citizens' electronic access to public services and in articles 26 to 31 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November.

Article 2.2 a) of Order HAP/547/2013, of 2 April (PDF, approx. 233.58 KB), which creates and regulates the Online Registry of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, establishes that the Directors General of the Department and the Directors of the bodies affiliated to the Online Registry are responsible for approving or amending the forms for applications, written messages and standardised communications, specifying the mandatory fields and the criteria for consistency in the information added to the forms. The Resolutions approving these forms will be published in the Official Gazette of the Ministry and on the electronic offices linking to the Registry.
