Every year, as required by law, the General State Administration sets the list of closing dates for calculating due dates. The calendar is published before the beginning of each year in the «Official Gazette of the Spanish State» and other media to guarantee citizens are informed.
Article 31.3 of law 39 / 2015, 1 October, from Common Administrative Procedure, states that the electronic site registration, determine, in the territorial area in which exercises its powers the holder of the visit and to schedule in article 30.7, the days will be considered unfit for the purposes of counting deadlines.

Applications, documents and communications may be presented at the electronic register of the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year. To calculate the deadline for terms calculated in working or calendar days, applicants must bear in mind that documents filed on a holiday shall be registered as having been filed at opening time the next working day, unless a rule expressly allows reception on a holiday.
The service may be interrupted for as long as is absolutely necessary only for justified technical or operational maintenance. The interruption will be announced on this site as far in advance as possible in each case.
